Beyond Build Constructions is an integrated building, infrastructure and engineering company founded in 2006. Our work combines experienced project leadership, practical site execution, quality control and local participation.
We have delivered housing programmes, recovered blocked projects, upgraded roads and stormwater infrastructure, renovated public facilities and executed fencing and site infrastructure works. Our current 679-unit housing programme spans Shaleng, Middleton, Khunwana and Geysdorp: Shaleng, Middleton and Khunwana are complete, with the final 12 units remaining in Geysdorp. Our approach is deliberately hands-on: management stays close to the work, teams are equipped and accountable, and communities are treated as partners in delivery.

During the Kopela housing programme, community members gained practical experience and became strong enough in their trades to continue with Beyond Build on later projects in Geysdorp, Shaleng, Middleton and Khunwana — contributing to painting, plumbing, JoJo tank stands, aprons and other works.
